"Only stayed here two nights / but they were fabulous. The best part was the window seat in our bedroom. It was gorgeous to sit and drink coffee at in the morning - and wind down watching the city at night. The beds and bath were lovely as well. Easy access to transit and the staff found not have been better!"

"The level of service and the politeness of the staff at all levels are beyond excellent. The Imperial Hotel demonstrates Japanese hospitality at its best.

Ginza high street is about a 10-minute walk and you will discover many interesting places to eat along the way. Hibiya Park lies in front of the hotel and is the perfect place for a run. "I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The hotel was clean, room was nice, and the front-desk staff was friendly and helpful. My room was kept clean by the outstanding housekeeping staff. The hotel is located by the JR Tokyo rail staition, so I had access to the subway and the bullet train. I definitely recommend this wonderful hotel. There was a fitness center and laundry room available at the hotel. If I ever return I will return to this hotel. "

"It is very conveniently located, on top of a five line Metro station. You just walk into the station instead of going out to the street. A bit hard to find the entrance if you arrive by taxi. You also have to realize that the Hotel lobby is on the 22nd floor!"
