"An exceptional, true 5-star resort in Hoi An. Every detail of this stay was seamless, clean, and highly professional. Pros: Excellent Amenities: The property features two pristine pools, a gym, a beautiful spa, and a fantastic restaurant with great prices for both traditional Vietnamese and Western dishes. True Eco-Friendly Practices: Unlike many places, they strictly avoid single-use plastics and provide high-tech water dispensers with multiple temperature settings. Generous Inclusions: The stay includes an outstanding, high-quality breakfast buffet and free bicycle rentals. They also provide a free shuttle to a beach club with complimentary lounge chairs. Transit Flexibility: Their early check-in/late check-out amenities are top-tier. They provide dedicated restrooms and showers so you can enjoy the pool and stay fresh even after checking out. Room & Views: My room was immaculate with a gorgeous dual view of the pool and the river. The bed was incredibly comfortable. (Note: The walls can be slightly thin if you have very loud neighbors, but the overall area is peaceful). I highly recommend RiverTown for solo travelers looking to treat themselves, as well as families. I would return in a heartbeat!"

"A phenomenal property, a little way away from the beach city with Korean vacation vibes and slightly irritating influencers around every corner taking photos in front of scenic views. But don’t let that ruin your exceptional stay ahead. The room is SPARKLING clean. The amenities in the room are top notch. This is truly a room that will feel like your elevated room from home— minimalist in just the right way, yet functional to the tee. The pool is another spectacle. Gorgeous layout, organization of family vs adult pool areas which I appreciated because there are a LOT of families on vacay. In the day, there is a chill vibes DJ spinning very chill groovy edm. Bask it in as you sip on a Tito’s and soda that will take an hour to get to you because the pool bar only stocks bottom shelf vodka that cleans engines. There is an air of snobbiness in this hotel which is perfectly fine but should be noted. This isn’t where you’ll come to meet the friendly Vietnamese people to share a drink with. It will be full of Korean families who keep to themselves. Go out into town for that fun!"
