"Clean room though very small. A queen bed is more like a double bed for North American standards, and the AC did not work well, which made the sleep difficult. The hotel is not central unless youre just going for the baseball stadium. "

"This is a great place to recharge before the long flight back to US instead of sitting in the terminal for nearly a half day. Plus they will hold onto your luggage. The restaurant and bar are convenient with good food and drinks. The rooms are small but it has a bed and shower which is all I need to recharge. Wish they provided more coffee in the room and you could do something besides a full breakfast at the restaurant in the morning. However their is a cafe on the far side of the airport to purchase coffee and a pastry."

"We’ve stayed at the hotel previously overnight, which was fine. On this occasion, we stayed 4 days. Very few places to eat. As we had a late flight, close to midnight, I tried to get a late check out, to stay in the room. On different occasions I was told free until 2pm, second occasion 9000yen and the 3rd request 12000yen. When I requested an additional night I was told 359000 (which equates to $3000+ AUD). Another request brought it down to $300+ AUD. Perhaps something was lost in translation. The irony was that I could get the room from Expedia for $219. It was the inconsistency that I found frustrating. In the hotel’s defense, they store your luggage for free, which we did in the end, as our flight was close to 11pm at night. Cleaning staff were great, cleanliness was fabulous but I feel It’s more a hotel for transiting, as opposed to a base to explore Tokyo."

"The hotel is no e and the Family Mart attached is very helpful. If you are spending your time in Shibuya or Shinjuku you will spend 30-40 minutes in train rides with transfers. The area is pretty quiet but there is a nice grocery store right beside the train station to make up for missing other local amenities. I think k this would be great for families spending most of their time at Disney since it is on the train line to Disney."

"Just make sure to know the location of the hotel in relation to the SHINJUKU train station to guide yourself in leaving and going back to hotel property. The hotel is located to the west of SHINJUKU train station."

"Clean room, very good A/C, good water pressure, easy check in and check out. 10 mins walk to Shinjuku station. Lots of places to eat inside the building"

"The rooms were small but expected that in japan, but still really comfortable. Me and my S/O fit perfectly in a 1 queen bed room. Bathroom was nice and loved the bathtub! Nice shower and bath supples. You can log in to your own netflix to your tv which was nice. The breakfast was amazing! Loved the fried eggs and omlettes. Lots of options for food. And the juice is AMAZING! "

"I wish the Godzilla terrace was open. The beds are very hard like a board. Great location in the heart of Shinjuku. Good access to subway and train. The limousine bus stop to and from the airport is one block away."
