"The hotel itself looks a bit aged but my triple room and reasonably clean and comfortable. The warm.and attentive staff gave me a positive first impression upon my arrival. Although there was a brief hotel wide blackout at night (given that the power infrastructure in Indonesia can be unreliable sometimes), the staff managed the situation professionally. The breakfast was great and the pleasant birthday surprise that the service team gave me during breakfast made it even more memorable. I...
