"The place was tiny. It was actually a shipping container converted into a room. You can barely walk inside. No cleaning service was provided. False advertisement pictures show the room much much bigger than what it actually is. So frustrated with the customer service and their attitude. I had to cancel my stay after three nights and find somewhere else for the rest of the vacation. Please read the description carefully and also look at the other reviews before booking. You'll be so frustrated."

Top Naguabo Hotel Reviews

Fairmont El San Juan Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"High class high energy night life will be back soon"

Aire de O:live

10/10 Excellent

"This hotel was so beautiful. There’s a pool on the rooftop along with a restaurant. There’s another pool, restaurant and terrace on the 2nd floor. The food at both restaurants was great! Walking distance to some great sushi restaurants and other local restaurants and bars. Uber to San Juan was like $12 or less, about 20-30 minutes with traffic. My husband and I really enjoyed this stay."

Hotel Villa del Sol

10/10 Excellent

"The room was very clean and staff was very helpful and pleasant. Easy access to the swimming pool, very clean and relaxing. There are two restaurants next door which were perfect and the food was delicious. Parking was around the corner. My only complaint was no hot water, but besides that I would stay again"
