"TLDR: Modest but solid choice for an overnight stay for biobay. The restaurant has the best food and drinks in Esperanza, hands down (I went to all of the restaurants). Get the burger. The staff was phenomenal. I learned after I booked my stay here that the biobay tours do not happen during full moons. I reached out to trade winds and they were beyond accommodating. "We booked a bunk bed room which was compact but clean and quite cozy. Though the bathrooms were outside, access to entire area was secure and showers were clean. Very nice on-site family friendly bar and restaurant facing the bay. Good budget or last minute accommodation for a short stay."

"While staff was responsice on the phone, there was no staff on site. There was not hot water. They told us they would fix it and they did not. I've checked and there are several reviews reporting lack of hot water. Property management always answers that it is fixed but it seems it won't be when you get there. The bedroom was too humid and it was not properly clean. Both my spouse and I had allergic reactions. I will not recommend."

"We believe it would benefit you to have a little variety for your breakfast. Would also suggest you have a small shelf area in the breakfast room where you put towels so people can swap them out every few days. The shower in Unit six has water coming out of the drain so it doesn't all come out the shower head. The water was never very hot but it was warm. Even with these issues we would stay there again because the staff was so nice."

"Mike and Noemi are lovely hosts. This was spacious, clean close to the restaurants (Oceanside has amazing food!) The funnel cakes at the sweet truck huge and amazing) The gated parking lot and patio to play cards at night were an added bonus! We hope to return. "The beach is a 3 minute walk. The suite is compact with a nice outdoor seating area. Everything worked fine, we cooked 1-2 meals per day and had the other meal at local restaurants. We enjoyed the local cats visiting as well as the rooster alarm clocks! The host had terrific communication with us. Our flight was delayed until very late at night. We had no problems with the lockbox and keys. Many thanks!"
