"It was a wonderful experience for us, who were looking forward to experiencing Japanese culture through a bath.
We are very grateful for the polite and prompt response of the staff and the good location of this inn.
We would like to recommend this inn to everyone.
We would like to visit again."
"Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel 88. Staff are excellent - very helpful and accommodating. Facilities are great - loved the massage chairs and lounge area to enjoy a delicious coffee. Will definitely stay here again. "
"After being in smaller rooms on our trip. This was a nice stay with spacious room. We enjoyed the hot tub and absolutely loved the shower. Massage chair was a plus as well. Overall for the short stay we had no complaints."
"Great location, super friendly and helpful staffs. Hotel is very clean, located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access, walking distance to subways, shopping and dining."

"Wonderful hotel! Very spacious rooms with air conditioning. The hotel overall had a modern aesthetic. Amenities included laundry, gym, playroom, among others and were easily accessible. Front-desk staff spoke English and made check-in/out process quick and easy. Location allowed for a quick walk to Dotonbori and Namba while still being far enough away to be quiet at night. There was easy access to convenience stores nearby as well, namely Lawson, which was about a 2 min walk from the front door."
"Although this is an older hotel, it was well maintained and the rooms were well appointed. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Fresh, delicious coffee and personal care items were available in the lobby. The Metro entrance is across the street and the main Osaka Namba station is just three blocks away where you can catch a taxi, bus or train. The breakfast was good and convenient. The only drawback.. no dresser or drawers for clothing if staying more than one night."
"We stayed her overnight after arriving to Osaka from a long flight. The hotel was very close to the train station and Dontobori, easily walkable to both. Great dining, shopping, and entertainment close by. The room was simple, quiet, clean and comfortable and just what we needed to get a good nights rest. The toiletries in the lobby are great and make your skin feel refreshed and moisturized. Breakfast had plenty of diverse options and was worth it for the one night that we stayed. "
"Wonderful hotel. Our room was huge and appeared brand new. It was immaculate with far reaching city views. The housekeeping was excellent and unobtrusive. Loved the Nespresso coffee machine. It was completely silent with true blackout blinds and we slept so well in the super king bed. It was a little walk to Namba station but through the attractive covered shopping and restaurant arcade. I highly recommend this hotel. "
