"Very nice hotel in the Charleroi city center. Most restaurants closed by 7 or 8pm, and was difficult to find many solid dining options. Not an easy city to navigate without a car."

"This modern property is in the very centre of Louvain-la-Neuve, just five minutes' walk from the railway station. The receptionist was professional and spike good English. Our room was spotlessly clean and served daily by the housekeeping team. We did not dine in the hotel but had a number of snacks, hot chocolate, etc., from the bar."

"Convenient for the motorway, this hotel has a nice bar and a very nice restaurant. Ideal for passing through, but also has easy access to Namur which is a lovely town."

"Friendly staff of a lovely well presented hotel. It’s my second stay here. The rooms I’ve stayed in are all comfortable and nicely decorated in a modern theme. "

"Convenient and comfortable. However, since I previously extended my reservation for another 2 nights in the same room, staff checked me out and then checked me in for new reservation at 6:30 am. This resulted in my television being turned on … and it woke me up at 6:30 am. Staff didn’t seem very apologetic about doing this. I would expect them to know that TVs get turned on when they check in guests. I wasn’t amused by this error since I wasn’t able to get back to sleep. Handing me a free drink card was insulting. "

"This hotel is cheap and a little run down and the lift was repeatedly out of order. Our room to the rear of the hotel had a nice view of the 'mountain' and cable car. It was also quiet."
