"We loved the unit. It's comfortable and quiet Loved hearing the ocean especially at night. The parking was great and laundry facilities were easy to use. On the down side the unit could have been just a bit cleaner. However, the AC in the bedroom is useless. The bedroom was just too Hot! My husband and I slept in the living room on the sofa bed the entire 8 nights we were there. Leaving the lanai door open all night so we could sleep. I defiantly could not stay here in the summer months without...

"This is a great cozy property right on the Napili beach. You can literally throw a rock in the ocean from the balcony. Ocean is so close that you will not miss a swimming pool. The services were excellent. Rooms were very clean. All amenities were provided in the room to cook if you prefer to do so. I'll happily go back again. "

"Instructions on how to use the tv would have been helpful. Also the switch in the kitchen needs to be replaced, the remote for the kitchen fan/light was not around and the florescent light over the sink is inadequate. Otherwise, the kitchen was full equipped and was a joy to use, the balcony was very pleasant as a breakfast nook, the location was convenient, the washer dryer was a godsend."

"The Royal Kahana is great. Our room was great! We were surprised by the lack of Aloha. The no exception on the check in check out time during a low occupancy period for example. Also the front desk made it apparent that we had booked through VRBO so any requests we made for toilet paper etc. would not be accommodated."

Sunset views off the lanai, as well as the beach, yet privacy is maintained due to the corner location. Unit very clean, and bed very comfortable. Walk down the stairs, and you’re on the beach. Large grills in common area with propane ready to grill whenever needed. Grocery store 2 minute drive. Coastal trail 10 minute walk away."
