Best choice apartment
We were a group of 5 people visiting Naples for 5 days. The apartment was clean, the kitchen was very well stocked. There was a gift basket from the owners, and the communication with them was excellent. Fiammetta was very accommodating, and responsive. If you are planning visiting Napoli, don’t hesitate to book this apartment.

Grand apartment in a great neighborhood
Don't hesitate. We're 2 people, but this could comfortably accommodate aclarger family or group of friends. Communication was clear, and the neighborhood is beautiful. The apartment is within walking distance to an extraordinary Naples attraction, Castel Sant'Elmo, a hearty walk down the steps to the Spaccanapoli, mass transit, and lots of restaurants and shopping. With eclectic decor, comfortable beds, several lounge areas including a large kitchen and larger veranda, it's a lovely home away from home.

Perfect spacious Neapolitan Flat
The apartment was more spacious than shown in the pictures. Three floors with plenty of sleeping area. The balcony looks over the city of Naples and is huge. You can even see Sant Elmo (2 blocks away). Everything was provided by our wonderful hosts, Giancarlo and Firmanetta. Even a basket with different Italian foods we might not have known about. The area is perfect for exploring the City. Close to the Funuclare, it is easy to travel anywhere in the City. We stayed for 3 weeks and our hosts even changed out our linens and towels half way through. They even provided some light robes for each of us to wear. Thank you for being such great hosts providing us with such an amazing place to stay!

What a location to experience Naples!
We were in Naples for New Years and had a wonderful time! Our host had a fruit basket waiting and was very accommodating. We had been to Naples before and had most of our plans figured out, but he offered to help with anything we weren't sure of. A very nice family and a great central location!

Fabulous!
All the other reviews are spot on. The hosts are amazing, the apartment beautiful, the terrace great for enjoying a glass of wine with a view and the location outstanding. Close to metro and shopping. Did I mention the hosts were amazing? The nicest. I will definitely stay here when I am back in Napoli and will recommend without reservations.

Well Situated in Naples
Beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood! It was actually more space than a couple needs but we made good use of the kitchen and that huge terrace - breakfasts and evenings to unwind after site seeing. Very conveniently located to an excellent transit system , groceries and of course the evening festivities with restaurants setting up extended seating on the streets- very social experience. The view of the city with the short walk to the Castle is amazing. This was an excellent home base for seeing Naples and the surrounding area. Our hosts were great and we respected the property as if it were our own. Will recommend this home to anyone visiting Naples. Thank you

I cannot say enough about this apartment. It is spectacular! The highlight - at least for me - is the balcony. It is immense, running the length of the apartment - the picture does not give a true indication of its size. And you would be hard pressed to find a better host than Giancarlo. Our friend decided to join us midway through our trip and arrived in Naples in the morning - our train from Rome was not due until later that afternoon. I asked Giancarlo if she could check in before we got there. He was able to take in her luggage until the apartment was ready and later check her in. We will come back to Naples and make it a point nnt to book this apparent.

Heatwave in Naples
The apartment was so well located, Giancarlo had everything explained in a folder in four languages about the apartment, restaurants, the Funicular, how to gat around etc. The apartment was filled with a wide variety of beautiful art. And when we were leaving he arranged for a cab and he had a very nice lady help communicate with the cabs, as there were six of us. A horrendous heatwave decided to hit Naples the same day we arrived. Because of that we didn’t get to experience Naples as much as we would have liked. Also one of the air conditioners wasn’t able to cool the bed room down enough. This home felt very welcoming to us.

Weekend trip
The hosts are great. They response fast, waited at us when the check in time passed way over midnight, helping arrainging transport etc. The apartment is huge, 2 bed rooms (1 with twin beds and 1 with a double bed), 1 office room with a fold out bed and 1 living room with a fold out bed. We were only 4 persons and had a room each. I guess they can arrange more beds if you need. 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with all you need (coffeemaker, oven, hub, dish washer etc). Best of all the terrasse. Its big and with a view over the city. There is retractable awnings to make shade when the sun is shinning. The area Vomero is up a hill from the downtown area. You can take the funicalars or metro up and down. And they are a short walk from the apartment. Plenty of restaurants, cafees, fastfood etc in Vomero. Supermarket nearby. All in all its a great base for your Napoli stay. I hope to be back in the future, still so much to see in and around Napoli.

Excellent flat in excellent area
This flat is nicely located in the Vomero area. It is close to central Vomero but still quite. It is easy to get to the city center with metro or fumiculare. The price value ratio is very high. Really recommended. We stayed here a month for work and would like to thank our hosts.

Great apartment with lovely balcony
My group of five stayed for 5 days at this apartment. It was the middle of summer so very hot, but having three air conditioners, two in the main bedrooms and one in the kitchen, helped a lot with the heat. The apartment itself was very well kept and the kitchen was stocked with everything necessary to cook, including oil, spices, and kitchen implements. One of the highlights was the balcony that had a partial view of the city and a great awning to keep the sun off. One of our group commented that this was the best place they had stayed in Italy after 3 weeks of travel!

This apt in Vomero neighborhood was wonderful!
Location was excellent as Vomero is a nice neighborhood & you are minutes from Metro & Funiculars. Apt was spacious enough for a family of 6 & was a great base from which to tour Pompeii, Capri, Naples, etc. Giancarlo was a fabulous host & was extremely communicative & helpful both prior to our arrival as well as when we were there! This was my kids’ 1st visit to Italy & although we enjoyed Roma, Napoli now has a place in our hearts & if we’re ever fortunate enough to make our way back, I would absolutely want to stay in Giancarlo’s property again! Thank you again, Giancarlo, for being a wonderful host to me and my family & sharing your beautiful apt with us on VRBO..

Fabulous apartment in a beautiful neighborhood
My group of three loves this apartment and the surrounding neighborhood. The apartment is lovely and our hosts left us fresh fruit and other snacks which were much appreciated as our flight arrived very late. Restaurants. shopping, a local market, and the Vanvitelli metro station are all within an easy walk of the apartment. We can’t wait to visit Naples and the Vomero neighborhood again.

Nice aparment in a quiet part of Naples
The apartment was spacious and nicely furnished, nothing to be missed (dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board etc.) Even extra towels were available, which is not common in Italy. The roof terrace was nice an breezy on a hot day, the views not extraordinary, but a cool space to relax. There are stairs to down town for a fun walk (25 min), but the funicular is the easier, though not faster way to the historic center of Napels. Overall, a very good experience!

Amazing Place, Perfect Location
Traveling with a baby is tough, but everything about this stay was easy! Great touches included little snacks and treats, the entire place was amazing. The location cannot be better, it’s far away from the cruise tourists, close to the metro station, amd around plenty of restaurants, bars, and street markets. I simply cannot say enough good things about this place.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Giancarlo is a great host, friendly and available if you need him. We loved the location with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby as well as great transport connections. We packed in a lot of activities during our stay and each day we were really pleased to get back to the apartment and relax.

Beautiful apartment in nice area
Giancarlo was a very accommodating host. Good communication prior and during our stay. The apartment was fantastic. Everything one could ever need and more. He welcomed us with a bottle of champagne and some snack foods. Good restaurants and grocery stores within a few blocks. The Metro and Funicular transportation is a short distance which was really convenient. The apartment has a large patio which was a perfect place for wine after exploring Napoli. On a scale of 1 to 5 this place is a 10. If we get back to naples we will definitely stay here again

Fantastic apartment
We stayed here for 7 nights, a family of five ranging in age from 10 to 80. The apartment is huge, it felt like being in a house. Very comfortable and a fantastic location with shops, transport and a castle (no less) all minutes away. Using public transport we visited Pompeii, Procida (beautiful) and the Mt Vesuvius climb, as well as sites in Napoli. I highly recommend this property.

Large Apartment in Great Neighborhood
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The proximity to museums, restaurants, grocery & public transportation was great. Giancarlo’s apartment is much larger in person and we loved having a glass of wine on the huge terrace in the evenings. My son took a great pizza making class at a local cooking school about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. My uncle & I enjoyed the Castel Sant’ Elmo, ( literally around the corner from the apartment) & a day trip to Pompei & Mt. Vesuvius. Would stay here again!

Lovely stay in Vomera, Naples
We had a wonderful stay in Naples with our two daughters, 20 and 22, in Giancarlo's beautiful apartment. We were warmly received by Giuseppina who did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you for the Prosecco, fruit and food on arrival and for allowing us to stay in such a lovely area of Naples in such comfort. We loved the area and Naples - lovely to walk down the steps to the Centro historico. We spent very interesting days visiting Pompeii, Herculaneum, the Port, the island of Procida, Caserta , the beach of Marechiaro and locally the underground tour, the monastery and Castle, (just around the corner), museums and churches - so much to see and all by local transport. It was lovely to return and sit out on the huge terrace in tranquillity- a little haven of peace. Very well equipped and very spacious. We will return. Thank you for a great stay. Cathy and John

The property was clean, bright and very spacious. Would have preferred a proper bed in the small bedroom rather than a sofa bed, but otherwise everything else was truly excellent. Most holiday properties have kitchens which have just enough to get by, but this one had all the utensils you would wish for so was excellent for anyone who wants to cook. Our host Giancarlo was particularly helpful in booking taxis and solving a wi-fi internet problem with the local provider, and could not have been a better host. The location close to Castel St Elmo and the metro station of Vanvitelli, whilst being in a quiet street, make this an excellent location for anyone visiting Naples/Napoli. With a nearby supermarket and bustling shopping area, you really could not wish for more. I would definitely recommend this property and our gracious host Giancarlo highly for anyone wishing to stay in this marvellous city.

Excellent apartment in a good area of Naples. Very spacious, everything we needed was provided. Great rooftop terrace area. Easy access to metro and funiculare. Supermarket very close. Lovely check in with Josephine, although she spoke no English we managed to work out all the running of the apartment. A very pleasant stay.

Spacious, practical, well appointed. Lovely to be high above the city. The building is elegant and the neighbourhood is calm. There are plenty of food shops, restaurants nearby. The apartment is even nicer than the photos. It is very easy to get into all parts of Napoli and to Versuvio.

Beautiful apartment in great location
We have just returned from a 12 day stay in this fantastic spacious apartment. It is very comfortable and clean and it has a great veranda which catches the sun from mid morning onwards. Perfect for watching the sun set with a glass of wine. It's located in a quiet area but within a few minutes walk of a large supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants. It's also close to the Funicular and Metro station as well as the local bus stop so getting around using public transport is very easy. We didn't feel there was any need to hire a car. We visited Herculaneum, Vesuvius, Pompeii, Sorrento, Capri and Rome during our stay. All easily accessible by train/boat. The apartment was a great retreat to relax in the evening after a busy day sightseeing. We would definitely recommend this apartment and we would be happy to return if we are back in Naples. Thank you Giancarlo for being a great host and for your help during our stay. We had a great time.

Super-comfortable apartment in a great location in Naples
The apartment is located in Vomero, one of the best neighborhoods in Naples, 200 m from Castel Sant'Elmo. We had three bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with a big terrace, a living room and two bathrooms. A metro station (Vanvitelli) is a 10-minute walk away, and two funicular stations – a great attraction of Naples – are even closer. The owner, Giancarlo, was very hospitable and helped us arrange a safe garage for the car. We were even welcomed with some snacks and fruits! In the area there are some restaurants and pizzerias (try the Pizzè just around the corner), and a 24/7 shop (Carrefour) is 5 minutes away. Highly recommended for a trip to Naples, the islands, Pompeii, Ercolano and the Amalfi coast. Thanks, Giancarlo!

Perfektes Apartment für einen Besuch in Neapel
Es bleibt mir nur, das Lob der vorigen Gäste zu wiederholen. Alles ist traumhaft. Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung des großzügigen Apartments mit der fantastischen Terrasse. Alles, was man nur brauchen könnte, ist da (Tourismus-Info, Lebensmittel, Spiele, Bücher...). Die ruhige Lage, die einen perfekten Kontrapunkt zum lebhaften Treiben von Neapel bildet, ist super. Giancarlo und Fiammetta sind sehr nette Gastgeber, die bei Bedarf gerne helfen. Vielen Dank noch einmal für alles.

Schöne und ruhige Wohnung an toller Lage
Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, zentral und ist mit ÖV sehr gut an die Stadt angebunden. Die beiden Einzelbetten sind jedoch etwas schmal und die beiden Duschen sind etwas dürftig. Die Küche ist gross und gut ausgestattet, es fehlten aber richtige Weingläser.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in wunderschöner Lage
Die Wohnung ist hervorragend. Geräumig, gut aufgeteilt, 2 sehr gute Badezimmer, große Küche mit allem Zubehör. Die Dachterasse ist riesig mit wunderschönem Blick auf Neapel. Die Lage im ruhigeren Teil Neapels war für uns perfekt. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Einfach Top!

Arrivée tardive mais très bien reçus par Giancarlo qui nous avait laissé de quoi grignoter c’est bien agréable ! L’appartement est grand, aménagé avec goût et la terrasse est un plus. Super appartement , spacieux et au calme ! La terrasse est un vrai plus le soir , surtout que nous étions avec nos 3 enfants en bas âge , et que nous avons pu en profiter après les longues journées de marche ! Appartamento in ottima posizione, quartiere silenzioso e ben servito dai mezzi pubblici (funicolare e metro) che portano rapidamente in centro città. Garage a pochi metri da casa, grande varietà di ristoranti, bar e locali. L'appartamento è completo di ogni servizio, splendido terrazzo dove abbiamo potuto godere del fresco e del bel panorama. Giancarlo ci ha accolti con gentilezza e professionalità. Non abbiamo alcun dubbio: dobbiamo tornare!
