Second stay. Because we were familiar, it was easy to find. For first/timers, this may be a challenge due to poor signage. On Toledo, go to Big Green door, use the Call Directory on right side. The room was great. Clean, helpful staff, and would stay here again.
Great property, centrally located and extremely clean. Only down side is you have to ball huye luggage from taxi stand, but it’s a short walk. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful and room was very spacious with a modern bathroom.
The best location to see the Palace and busy narrow streets of Naples.
Hotels.com says they have Laundry facilities but they only have Laundry Service. I asked for elevator and they do have it BUT you have to walk up a steep staircase carrying your suitcases to the reception area. Then you have an elevator to your room !!!
They offer taxi service to airport for 60 euros. We asked for it and they called back saying they couldn't get a taxi for us. We walked 5 min to taxi stand near the fountain. It cost only 25 euros direct.
Besides the VIP benefits and upgrades we were unaware of to receive during this location, we truly did enjoy our stay. Staff was nice and kind. Room was excellent and clean. Loved it.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
The location is absolutely perfect, so that’s really great. The hotel itself is very plasticy - the floors are plastic wood look, the bed is poor, the pillows poor…so it’s a 3 star hotel at best, dressed up to seem 4-5 stars and it’s not,
Sandra help us out so much when it came to our initial check in and a few minor issues. She made sure everything was perfect. And Lina/Carmella, was so helpful for breakfast and even memorized our coffee orders. Amazing and helpful staff and would recommend to others for stay
very small boutique hotel, excellent location to walk around
the room size is big , excellent finishes modern and big bathroom
very well finished
no services to be expected and no elevator but not an issue since its only one floor and all around it and under it excellent restaurants
we highly recommend it
I loved staying here and i would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay im a central location for naples with lovely hosts and spacious and clean rooms. Each of our rooms had its seprate jaccuzzi to the shower and we didnt even know breakfast was booked for us. The staff was very very lovely. I however found the instructions to finding the property a little difficult but once found it, it was very easy.
**Review for Caruso**
I recently stayed at Caruso and had an excellent experience. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, with beds that ensured a great night's sleep. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Knowing that we had an early flight, they thoughtfully provided us with a bagged breakfast to take along, which was a wonderful gesture and much appreciated. Overall, Caruso exceeded our expectations with their attention to detail and superb service. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay!

This hotel is in the middle of a Napoli street and not really well marked. We arrived on a Sunday when they do not have a security guard on duty. There is a small banner above the hotel which has a huge door. You must know to buzz in which we did not know. They opened only a small pass through door. The hotel itself was fine but not 4 star and overall an odd experience. The room was nice as well as clean.
I booked this hotel through Expedia and paid extra expecting a luxury stay, but it fell far short. The listing was misleading, and in some cases simply false.
Pros:
• Excellent central location
• MOST of the staff were kind
• Bathroom/shower was modern and very nice and the best part in my opinion.
Cons:
• Breakfast was advertised but not provided. This was misleading and false
• Mid-stay I was told no food was allowed in the room (not mentioned at booking or check-in or anywhere on their website)
• Ant traps were placed around the room and ants crawled on my belongings and even some on me while sleeping, despite no food being present
• Room type (“king or two twins”) wasn’t offered as a choice at check-in
• Hotel looked much more luxurious online than in person. No balcony as listed.
• A couple of staff members were quite rude
Overall, I paid extra for what was marketed as a luxury stay, but the reality was disappointing. The online listing was not only misleading but inaccurate.
Where to start…hotel is on a pedestrian road so no taxis allowed. Struggled with rolling luggage over old stone streets. You are not allowed to bring outside food into the hotel and eat in your room or in the hotel. We grabbed McDonalds and was told to leave the hotel to eat. I was told by the owner over the phone this is because they are a historic building and outside food isn’t allowed. We tried eating outside in the courtyard and was yelled at by local residents. The hotel pictures make you believe this hotel is in the beautiful mall, but it’s not. It’s across the street. The mattress is terrible. It’s like sleeping on a motorhome mattress. Our room was next to the street where we heard people all night long. Bring earplugs if you stay here.I will say the place is extremely clean with nice restrooms. It came with robes and slippers, which was a nice touch.
The hotel is in a very good area in Naples. The are many restaurants and lots of shopping near. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, especially Valentina. She was always helpful and recommended a good restaurant (Vincenzo Capuano) to have pizza that was right across the street from a fountain. The room was clean and overlooked a courtyard. I also felt very safe because not just anybody from the street could enter the hotel without being buzzed in or knowing the code to enter from the side entrance. I preferred to use the side entrance to avoid the stairs. When I come back to Naples I will stay here again. The one negative is a taxi cannot drop you off in front of the hotel. Its on a pedestrian only street and you have to walk about half a block or so with your luggage.
Location is good. Finding the hotel was a task! It is not a storefront and has one flag type sign above street level. The entrance is a huge green door!!! Just to left of door is a call-box with several owners; one being Caruso. Dial number, reception will let you in. Five meters in and to left you’ll see a small backlit sign and flight of stairs. If you need help ring buzzer and someone will help.
The main reception was great. The hotel has just 10 rooms in two separate locations. Half are near reception and others back downstairs, outside across street, then up an elevator. Rooms are clean, modern and very clean.
