The apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building, equipped with a lift and porter, in the district of Mergellina, one of the most beautiful areas of the city, in a street parallel to the promenade of Via Caracciolo, 200 meters from two stations underground and 100 meters from the wharf where land the hydrofoils for the islands. Because of its central location, allows to reach the various areas of the city quickly. The station at 300 m away from the Mergellina is well connected with the whole railway network, the apartment was completely renovated in early 2011, and was divided into two zones, the first used as a bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed with orthopedic mattress, the second, a lounge, is provided with a comfortable sofa bed and a fully equipped modern kitchen. The bathroom has been completely refurbished including a magnificent emotional shower with hydromassage,


Throughout the area there are numerous restaurants, pizzerias and bars along the sea where you can stop and enjoy the beautiful landscape of the city .. A short distance from the apartment Virgilian the park where you can visit the tomb of Virgil and that of Leopardi and the famous church of Piedigotta.

Excellent place

We loved this apartment. This is a fantastic location for either individuals or families. It is in a classy area with very nice restaurants, quick access to the waterfront promenade, shopping, or the funiculare which can take you to nice views from the hills. It is also perfect for families. It is very safe, there are inexpensive pizzerias just accross the street and nearby parks, and the waterfront is a very pleasant place ot stroll with lots of activity and familes on the weekends. The apartment itself is clean and well-equipped, and Mario was a extremely easier to work with. He took care of everything very professionally and was very pleasant. He took care of everything we needed. He will also arrange for a pick-up from the airport or station at a fair price. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely renovated palacio

My hubby and I stayed here days. And what a lovely surprise. The place is perfectly situated, with many restaurants nearby. We were able to take local public transportation to the center with ease. Our host was easily accommodating and the apartment had everything needed to get started, plus there grocery and fruit stands nearby. The building is sn old papacies that is quite elegant. Definitely would stay here again!

Très agréable et très pratique

L'appartement est très bien situé et accessible facilement en métro pour sillonner Naples. Supérette et bons restos pas loin. Nous avons occupé la chambre en mezzanine avec lit double et un enfant dans le lit d'appoint, ainsi que le canapé lit dans le salon au rez de chaussé. Pratique donc pour une famille. Cuisine et salle de bain bien équipées. Hôte très réactif et accueil sympathique. Nous avons juste trouvé le lit double un peu grinçant et mou, mais rien de bloquant c'est une question de goût. Nous recommandons donc l'appartement ! Bon séjour !

Kurzurlaub in Neapel

Die Wohnung war wie auf der Homepage beschrieben. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Vermieter (Chiara) war sehr freundlich. Mitten im Zentrum, ein paar Meter vom Meer entfernt. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Chiara is very nice. Very near from metro. Good fruit shop and grocery. Rooms are very clean. Was a nice base to explore around Napoli. Enjoyed the place.

Très bien

L'appartement est bien placé et donne sur une ruelle non passante donc au calme de l'agitation de la rue. Les volumes sont agréables et la climatisation apprécié. Les modes de transports bus et métro sont à proximité mais il vousfaudra tout de même compter avec les delais entre 20 et 40 min pour rejoindre le centre ville. Des commerces , services et restaurants sont proposés aux alentours. Très bon accueil de Simone qui de plus parle Français et rapidement joignable. La douche souffre de la pression de l'eau et nous avons eu une fuite par rupture de canalisations dépannée dés le lendemain. Pour autant une repartions plus serieuse est à prévoir. Un peu plus de couverts est nécessaire si vous comptez prendre vos repas sur place à 4 personnes . Le parking est un espace fermé privé/public, vous laissez vos clés au "voiturier" qui déplace les véhicules en fonction des besoins de chacun au tarif de 13€/jour mais n'étant pas Napolitain c'est un investissement obligatoire. Si nous y reviendrons avec plaisir si nous devons revenir à Naples.

Perfect. Clean. Close to all transport links.

Well equipped, clean, tidy. We had an issue with the shower heaf that was quickly resolved by the owner. Property is very close to all transport links including the airport and railway. Ideal base for getting about. Would recommend to others.

Excellente location - Bravo pour l'accueil

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d'une semaine à Naples dans cet appartement propre, moderne & en bon état, bien situé entre les plages et le centre historique. Mention spéciale pour l'accueil extrêmement prévenant de Simone & Chiara, pour leur gentillesses, tous les renseignements qu'ils nous ont donnés et en plus pour l'aide précieuse qu'ils nous ont apporté lorsque nous avons eu un problème avec nos billets de départ ! A recommander sans réserve. Seul point d'amélioration que nous ayons notés, il serait possible de mettre un peu plus de vaisselle à disposition.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub in Neapel

Wir verbrachten zwischen dem 04.10. und 14.10.2012 einen traumhaften Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung in einem wunderschönen, von Prachtbauten gesäumten, Stadtteil von Neapel (Mergellina). Der Kontakt war sehr einfach und herzlich. Der Vermieter stand uns von der ersten Anfrage an stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und war per E-Mail (flüssiges Englisch) und Telefon stets zu erreichen. So organisierte er uns bereits im Vorfeld der Reise einen Taxi-Shuttle vom Flughaften zum Apartment (wozu wir raten, da es komfortabler ist, als mit Bus und Bahn anzureisen). Das Apartment liegt in zweiter Reihe direkt an einer drei Kilometer langen Promenade an der Bucht von Neapel. Es ist schön eingerichtet und auch um sich selbst zu verpflegen ist alles vorhanden (was allerdings angesichts der sehr guten Restaurants und Märkte in direkter Umgebung nicht nötig ist). Der Stadtteil lädt zu ausgiebigen Spaziergängen, in denen man sowohl die Umgebung als auch das touristische Zentrum Neapels bestaunen kann. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und werden sie sicherlich noch einmal nutzen. Zuletzt sei noch ein Wort zur Sicherheit angebracht: Schon der Taxifahrer vom Flughafen wirkte halbwegs schockiert, als wir ihn auf das doch sehr negative Bild Neapels ansprachen. Es gibt natürlich ein paar Stadtteile, durch die man sich nicht im dunkeln allein bewegen sollte und auch Taschendiebe gibt es - aber es ist absolut kein Unterschied im Vergleich zu jeder anderen Großstadt, wo man ebenfalls Acht geben muss. Besonders der Stadtteil Mergellina besticht durch ein sicheres Umfeld, was zum einen an stets hilfsbereiten und sehr netten Menschen und zum anderen an einer hohen Polizeipräsenz (im selben Block wie das Apartment liegt auch das amerikanische Konsulat) liegt. Alles in allem war es ein sehr angenehmer, sonniger, schöner und gelungener Urlaubsaufenthalt in Neapel und wir können die Stadt sowie das Apertment nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Superb Apartment

My girlfriend and I stayed in this superb apartment in September 2011. It is situated in a grand,historic building in one of the best parts of Naples, It is only 200 yards to the yachting marina where you can catch a boat to the islands,buy fresh fish straight out of the sea or enjoy delicious cakes and ice-creams at Ciro's. The beautiful Mergellina train station is only 200 yards in the opposite direction and Santa Lucia, with it's restaurants on Via Partenope and under Castel Del'Ovo is only a short bus ride away. The apartment is very clean and elegantly furnished and decorated. The high ceilings (approx 7m),large windows,and large marble tiles give the apartment a palatial feel. The air-con is new and the gas cooker is in excellent working order. The apartment is very quiet and very secure. We found the owners very easy to deal with. Everthing was correct and proper,very professional. We normally stay in the hotels on Via Partenope but from now on we will try and book this apartment. For a combination of price,quality and location you will not beat this apartment. We highly recommend it.

Appartement, très agréable, tout confort.

Logement très très bien situé, à 150m de 2 superettes, d'une pizzeria délicieuse à 50m, de plusieurs arrêts de bus et à 5mn à pied du métro. Nous avons fait beaucoup de balades à pied depuis l'appartement sans prendre les transports en commun. Logement très agréable, spacieux, calme, dans un état impeccable, avec couchages pour 2 couples ou 1 couple et 2 enfants Logement tout confort avec lave linge, beaucoup de vaisselle, linge de lit linge de toilette, ce qui fait qu'on se sent comme chez soi tout de suite. Beaucoup de rangements également. La propriétaire met à disposition l'accès WIFI Petit plus : la propriétaire est adorable et très à l'écoute, met tout à disposition pour rendre le séjour des vacanciers le plus agréable possible. Nous recommandons donc vivement cette location et sommes certains de relouer cet appartement si nous revenons sur Naples. Je conseille cette location à: Seniors, Escapades entre filles, Vacanciers sans véhicules, Visites touristiques, Vacances romantiques
