Room was ok not bad for the price but we been charged £52 extras for some cleaning and arrive plus tax. And also €200 deposit. We expected tax charges but not rest. Communication with staff very poor.

Not User Friendly

Too many inexplicable taxes including a “destination fee” of 13 euros. 19 euros worth of extra fees for one night. Complicated check in process. You are sent on your own to find your room in one of many buildings using codes and doors that barely open and close.

Horrible communication and impersonal service. No English. U talk to a machine. Finally done the address but it is a place only for you to register and pay extra money that is listed in small prints and ctualy not listed in Expedia. Then they told you where to go. All you deal with is digital lock. But no one alive to talk to. Horrible experience in my many year of travelling. Please do not go close to that ClaPa group Hidden charges in small prints.

THE WORSE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STAFF I was late for check in as there were delays & cancellations due to protests all around Italy. Although I had already pre checked in on the phone & the closed the office. I tried contacting the property through phone, WhatsApp, Expedia, and email & received no answer. It was pouring rain & two couples were coming into the property so i went inside to try to resolve the problem while at least staying dry. One guy started screaming at me telling me that i need to get out right now that that was only for residents (he saw us with our luggage). I was explaining to him that I had a reservation and that I was trying to contact the property. He proceeded to tell me that he didn’t care and that I either get out or he would force me out. He threw us out in the pouring rain and proceeded to get into his car and leave. I proceeded to book a hotel and a cab because we could not just stay on the streets of Naples. 5 minutes later he’s walking towards us and says “for an extra I will open the office and check you in but you will have to pay an extra plus extra city tax of 40€” mind you I had also given a 200€ security deposit on this place on top of my nightly rate. I proceeded to tell him that I had already booked another hotel and that we were trying to get a cab (which were on strike). He proceeded to still go into the office get some things close it and go inside the lobby and making sure to slam the door in our face.

chiedono 200 euro di cauzione per una stanza che non si può vedere, pedate sulle pareti sporca sembra un locale della stazione. non c’è cura in nulla lampada bruciata comodino e parete. NON CI SIAMO. la reception oltre che prendere i soldi non dà assolutamente assistenza.

Arrivati al recepsion la signora molto gentile ,solo che faceva pag a tt una 50 eur in piu’ dicendo che ci sono delle tasse pulizie,soggiorno ecc ma guarda caso quando si aquista online c’erano.Altra cosa la camera non si trovava all’indirizzo prenottato sull sito ma ci ha portato in un’altro camera presso un’altra lstrutt aviamento piu’ lontano dall centro.Riguarda la camera niente da dire.Veniavono a sistemare la camera la matt,puliti.

Struttura nella media purtroppo pretendono la cauzione di 200 euro Mogliorabolino servizi e la manutenzione del bagno La stanza non viene pulita ma viene solo data u a sistemata al letto. Il secondo giorno non hanno nemmeno svuotato i cestini
