The staffs were really nice and helpful. The breakfast was bare minimum. Location is very good close to Central Station, I felt the area a bit unsafe but being a metropolitan city i think it’s expected at city centre.

This room was pretty crammed as a regular hotel room with extra beds added for everyone to fit. It was clean and well-stocked with towels, but there weren’t enough blankets. The breakfast was fairly good, and the service for breakfast was great. The only complaint would be that a maid told us to check out well before the actual checkout time.

Die Bahnhofsgegend ist sehr, sehr unsicher. Nachts sollte man auf keinen Fall nach draußen gehen. Dunkle Gestalten sind an jeder Ecke.

Buongiorno soggiorno di due notti. Partendo alla mattina alle 6,30 . Abbiamo chiesto gentilmente se ci potevano preparare una colazione a sacco. La risposta è stata che la colazione veniva servita dalle 7,30 in poi. Non penso sia una risposta seria . Visto e considerato che era stata pagata.

部屋の鍵がすごく開けずらい。 パスポートの確認、Wi-Fiパスワードの確認で何度も部屋からエントランスまで行き来し、部屋に帰れば鍵が開かず疲れた。お釣りがないという事で宿泊税を高めに取られた。

Molto carino e stanze nuove......ma

Ho soggiornato presso Garibaldi suite per due notti con mio figlio di 13anni... Da fuori...esterno può leggermente spaventare sia per la struttura sia per quartiere ma le stanze sono molto belle....nuove...come da foto sul sito anche se piccoline...completamente finestre insonorizzate... Materasso e letto grande fantastico !!!comodissimo... Bagno piccolino ma carino...ma senza bidet.. Sono rimasta un po perplessa e sono rimasta male...per me è stato un disagio ...perché ogni volta dopo che uno va al bagno deve entrare nella doccia.... Almeno era cosi nella mia stanza 302...altre non so.... Pulizia normale ...ma diciamo ok.. Aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante...anche Wifi... Colazione non abbiamo prenotata quindi non posso giudicare .... Personale molto freddo ma professionale.... Quartiere non è uno dei migliori ma noi non abbiamo avuto minimamente nessun problema anche rientrando tardi con buio...purtroppo mi sembrava che tutti immigrati erano li...veramente erano tantissimi a vagabondare per strade... Però ce anche da specificare che c era molta polizia e militari.. Comunque Napoli è stupenda!!! E consiglio anche Garibaldi suite!!!sia per fantastica posizione di fronte stazione dei treni sia per centro. Poi stanze sono belle e nuove. Vorrei consigliare però...di prenotare direttamente tramite sito ufficiale di hotel Garibaldi che costa molto di meno. Io tramite hotel.com ho pagato due notti 85 euro tramite direttamente loro verrebbe con tassa soggiorno 66euro.

Avoid, avoid, avoid.

We have stayed in many questionable hotels around the world but this has to be one of the worst experiences we've had. For starters, the room we booked online looked 100x better than the one we were given (see photos). We questioned this to be told that that was all they had. The WiFi did not work in the hotel, the air con leaked water whenever it was turned on, halfway through our stay the housekeepers took the blanket off our bed and never returned it, we were given hand towels to use as bath towels, the shampoo was basically pure water, the housekeepers moved all our belongings and even placed clothes in the bidet!! Disgusting. The area outside (and Naples in general was just as bad). Please don't fall for the cheap price like we did - find somewhere else.

modern clean room, smoking was only issue.

A neat little room with modern finishings. We were so impressed by the comfortable bed. Unfortunately the smoke free room seemed not to apply to all guests as their strong smoke carried through into our room all night. We had to use a towel to block under the door so we could sleep.Checkin was great and the gentlemen even carried our bags to our rooms.

Expediaで予約をして、ホテルに到着してチェックインをお願いすると、急に男性が私たちのキャリーケースを持って外へ出て行き、驚いて後を追ったら、そのまま数百メートル離れた別のホテルに連れて行かれました。「ここに泊まるの？」と聞くと、「そうだ」とだけ言われて、あとは説明もなくその知らないホテルでチェックインさせられました。提携ホテルなのか何なのか分かりませんし、ランクもどちらがどうかは分かりませんが、連れて行かれた先はとても古いホテルでしたし、そもそも知らない土地でいきなりこれはとても怖かったです。

Zentrale Lage, idealer Ausgangspunkt für div. Ausflüge, Erkundung der Stadt. Personal ist nett, an der Professionalität kann gearbeitet werden. Bsp. Während Frühstück Wäsche- sowie Matratzen-Transport durch den kl. Speisesaal. Tägl. Frotteewäsche auch wenn man dies nicht wünscht. Vor Eintritt Zimmer: Kein anklopfen. Zimmer war zweckmässig und gross. Unser Zimmer lag im Nebebhaus direkt zum Treppenhaus, Lift und da die Türe alt, dünn und nicht isoliert ist, kam man sich vor als lebe man im Treppenhaus.

Ok stay

Initially we were given a wrong toom and had to complain twice to get the room we had booked. The breakfast buffet was continental breakfast and the area was not so nice at night time but close to metro and train. Lots of cafes and restaurants near by. The second room was clean and comfortable compared to the standard room.

クイーンベッドまたはツインの部屋をエクスペディアより申し込んだのですが、シングルの部屋でした。フロントの人はフレンドリーで悪い人ではなかったけど、苦情を言ったらボスには後で報告すると言われただけでした。 冷蔵庫はもともとあったんだろうなーという形跡はあるも無くなってて、トイレの水が頭の上のタンクにたまるパターンで小の紙でさえも一度では流せないくらいでした。入室時窓があいていて、 エアコンはあるもしばらく使ってないんじゃないかと思える見た目で使用しませんでした。スーツケースがなかったせいか階段を案内され最上階まで登りました。コンセントはゆるく、高さを合わせて使用しないと落ちてしまいます。 ポンペイに行くために早朝に出たため朝ごはんはとりませんでした。立地と値段は満足してますが、それだけでいいと割り切れる人向けだと思います。
