Discover the beauty of Naples from this delightful 2-bedroom condo - Pelican Paradise. This enchanting property offers a cozy retreat for guests to unwind and make lasting memories. The beautiful lanai has southern exposure overlooking the canal and golf course, a perfect place to have your morning coffee or evening drinks. The condo features modern amenities like a washer and dryer (in unit), iron, AC, WiFi, TV in living room and bedrooms and electric fireplace in living room. The heated pool was recently renovated in 2023 and has a small clubhouse. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Naples and our condo has to offer. Condo is in the Lely golf area which is a great location with restaurants, grocery stores and shopping all close by. Condo is 5 miles from downtown Naples, beautiful 5th Ave and the beach! Short 15 minute drive to Marco Island.
