Staff were very helpful, we were in our room and setup within minutes of arriving to the property. The property is a 15 minute walk from the station and the botanical gardens are close by as well which make for a nice morning walk. The included breakfast is at the pasticceria next door which make some delicious pastries and coffee. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting.

Did not know upon booking that it was what it actually was. No interactions with any person. Received instructions on how to enter the building/room by WhatsApp message. Tbe remote control for the heater unit would not work first night, new one next 3 nights. There was an espresso machine for our use, in the detached (up the hallway) kitchen area, no instructions, never could figure out how to use it! The "breakfast" was at a madhouse resto across the street, decent food, wonderful people. The neighborhood is devoid of any decent "sit-down" restaurants, but plenty of coffee, pizza, pastry places. Impossible to hail a taxi, MANY bus lines running on Corso Garibaldi... no accurate maps or info even online to get routes or schedules. Beware walking the neighborhood after 9pm. Most everything is closed.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Presidential Suites. The location is in a nicer part of Naples where we felt very comfortable walking. Breakfast at the quaint pastry shop across the street was lovely. This was our first encounter with using the Whatsapp and had a bit of difficulty getting used to it, but Emanuela was very patient and kind about helping to talk us through the process. We then used the app the rest of our trip and were very grateful we had this new knowledge! Emanuela was also amazing at giving us maps of walkable restaurants from the Suite. We felt very comfortable asking advice thru the app and always an instant response! We would definitely stay here again!

Would be helpful if host would contact guests 24 hrs before check in. No reception desk only door keypad. We did not get code until we stepped out of taxi and it was raining All went well

dear guest, thank you for choosing president suites, as is our practice we sent you an email at the time of booking where we informed you that check in had to be agreed according to the regulations, then we sent you another email 2 days before check in where we showed you how to self check in, explaining that you should have written to us on the WhatsApp application, and you responded via email. with our system we guarantee the guest entry into the room in 2 minutes, much faster than a normal check-in, with great flexibility for the arrival time. thank you and we hope to see you soon in Naples

This B&B property is located in the heart of Naples. A convenient location which is close to the train station and the airport. The host was very helpful providing clear directions, booking taxis and overnight parking for my rental car. The room was very clean and modern. This is one place where you really get Netflix and excellent wifi. You also get a a typical italian breakfast (croisant and coffee) included in the bellavita cafe. Considering it is located in the heart of busy Naples, it can be a bit noisy but it did not bother us much. Overall a great place and would highly recommend.

We stayed for two days for our visit to Naples, the room was super clean and very comfortable. Everything looks like new. The location is perfect, very close to the train station and the city center. The attention of Emanuella and Gennaro was spectacular, they made us feel at home. Thank you so much

Nice and clean room walkable from train station. Host was very attentive and made sure we had a pleasant stay. Provided voucher for breakfast at a lovely cafe next door, Netflix was available, we had room service and water bottles every day. Would recommend.

Great location!! Great stay!!
Awesome location in Naples! The host is lovely and gives clear instructions, the room is comfy, your private bathroom has a great hot shower and there’s a shared kitchen that is so convenient, I am an older female and I felt very safe. The local street market is two streets away and the bus to the airport a 5-10 minute walk. I highly recommend!!

Close to the airport - but a rather shabby neighborhood. No restaurants or attractions within a reasonable walking distance. Property was just okay - clean but well-used.

Dear Guest, we are sorry you did not appreciate our neighborhood, in our opinion you were not able to orient yourself well in our city, we are in the city center a few steps from the central station and metro (10 minutes on foot), the center historic center (7 minutes on foot) and the airport (5 minutes by car), under the house we have many restaurants and pizzerias: pizzeria Oliva, fish restaurant Adda Figlia do Marenaro in Via Foria (the most famous in the city), restaurant Da Corrado , La Ruota pizzeria, vanity pub, I could still go on, we also provide direct assistance to our guests via whatsapp application 24 hours a day, if you needed information just ask! I think your judgment is too harsh towards us. Greetings

The accommodation was in a perfect spot in Naples. Easy to walk to food options and the train station. The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating and helped whenever needed. Would definitely stay again.

My boyfriend and I had the most amazing time here! The room was a good size and the bed was so comfy - we slept amazingly all week! The shared kitchen and personal mini fridge were a lovely treat sonrhatbwencould enjoy a nice cold drink on the malcont after a day of roaming Naples. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were so kind to us and made us feel very welcome. The best thing about this property was the host - he made me check in so easy and answered every question I had (and there were quite a few!) He helped us find a good place to get more euros out, reccommended good places to eat and even helped arrange a taxi to the airport for us. The host was accommodating in every way and made our trip to Naples so much easier and more enjoyable. I would reccommed President Suites wholeheartedly

The owner sent us information about the location and accessing the property. We were able to access the property by walking from the train terminal. The owner also provided us with great options for local dining. The room was spacious, has a nice small balcony. The room was comfortable and clean.

The President Suites was great to immerse in the Naples culture, it is slightly noisy if you are a light sleeper. The train station is not too far away, and there are many buses to catch on the street. The host was very friendly, always responded quickly and gave great recommendations. We found that there was no need for a cleaner to come in every day if there was nothing getting cleaned apart from the rubbish bin. We had no knowledge that people would be coming into our room during the day so that was a bit of a shock to come back to on the first day, it would be nice to have been told this prior to discovering it ourselves.

The location seemed to be in a family neighborhood, which gave it a "safe" feeling. There are several places to shop and dine within walking distance. The room itself was very modern, clean, and spacious. The person managing the property was easy to reach and was able to let us into the room later in the day so we were able to enjoy Pompey. I highly recommend this space for anyone traveling to Naples who is looking to immerse themselves in the culture of the city.

This was the perfect place for transport and being in the center of Naples convenient to everything by foot. Super clean rooms with good amenities. Gennaro was exceptionally helpful and wonderful. He could not do enough for us. Our stay was brilliant thanks to him and all the information he gave us. I will definitely stay here again and I will highly recommend this place to everyone I know.

Lovely place, in immaculate condition, cleaned to a high standard. Breakfast was delicious. Check in was pain free, and they accommodated for my flight delay. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very clean and easy to contact Gennaro. Easy check in and check out. My only thought was the road noise which could be an issue for some. All in all a good find. I would return if in Naples
