This freshly painted and newly decorated townhouse has two beautiful bedrooms with 2 brand new king size beds and 2 memory foam fold away beds, 1 1/2 baths, a sunny living room with cable and apple tv, and an eat in kitchen with a brand new washer and dryer in the closet, and 2 parking spaces behind the house in the driveway.

Local Hospitality Taxes (6%)
Local Additional Occupancy Tax ($2.50/night)
TN State Sales Tax (7%)
Local Sales Tax (2.5%)

Apple TV with local cable package and HBO.
