The room was a a good size and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast was great! My daughter especially loved the dairy free milk. The only downfall is that the hotel is right below the path of the airplanes taking off and landing at Nashville International Airport so you can hear the planes at 11 pm and again at 5:00 am. It's probably not a big deal for people who get up early but I probably would not stay here again only because of the noise from the planes. Everything else was fantastic!

Isaac was super friendly and made check in really easy and quick. Super friendly! Clean hotel, comfy, easy parking, safe area, good breakfast and the hot tub was perfect. Mehari was super nice and knowledgeable about parks around the area and everything is so convenient! Close to downtown and Oprand area! Will definitely stay again!

My boyfriend and I came to this hotel for our first trip to Nashville, the first night 10 cars were broken into windows busted and people banging on windows and doors at 3am. The second night all the power went out and was almost stuck in the elevator when electricity cut off. The front desk took $360 extra dollars off my card for no reason. We had to switch rooms because tv wouldn't work only to be charged twice. Still not refund yet. Very displeased.
