"Amazing staff in all areas. Reception, restaurant, housekeeping, security - everyone I met and dealt with were very friendly and helpful. Can’t fault their service delivery standards. The only downside were the rooms with windows but with a wall of the next building in front of it. But I got it changed to a room facing the mosque. The call to prayer at 430am was loud and lasted a while but I went back to sleep despite that. So no major issue. I mentioned to a Management staff of the room I was allocated when he asked me. He suggested to request for a room change. But I didn’t as I didn’t actually mind it. But that was a very nice gesture. I would definitely stay at the Holiday Inn Express Wahid Hashym again."

"From the time I arrive , staff was very helpful. its a clean bufget hotel but for my purpoes it was located where i needed to be. plus obtaininb transportation is always easy, local store is near by, laundry servce, restuarants,street vendor, quick arts, beer store next door, breakfast was good expecially for my delicatye stomach. vrom managemtn to receptions , house keeping everyone was polite and willing to help, I actually stayed longer then was expected."
