"Property is situated outside certain popular locations (crash beach, Rompeolas etc;) however, those locations are reachable within a 10-15 min drive. The area surrounding the hotel has a supermarket near by as well as several eating options. The hotel itself was awesome. The property has two pools and one restaurant. The pools are well maintained and the restaurant food is exceptional. The rooms were simple but adequate and clean. The staff was great. They were always accommodating and professional at all times. The property could benefit with a second restaurant and a gift shop. Will definitely stay here again."

We waited for over 10 minutes after the check-in time, with no response from the host. At this point, we were left without any communication or assistance.Fortunately, I contacted VRBO customer service, who were able to help resolve the situation. However, the lack of response from the host was incredibly frustrating and left us with a very negative experience. "Location is fantastic. Host was very accessible. Unit looked like the pictures and was very clean. There was rain and the parking area flooded a bit and it was difficult to access the entry. This is our second stay at Cocoloba and we will be coming back again. "
