"Everything was fantastic! Alex Vega made sure our stay was super comfortable and kept up the refreshments while my wife and I were poolside. Alondra and Moises made sure our dinner service went smoothly and took excellent care of us. My wife is local to Aguadilla and we had such a beautiful time here <3 room was fairly priced, kept clean and refreshed by cleaning staff, the free breakfast is limited but good, however, you can order hot breakfast food (eggs, bacon, pancake, toast, etc.) if you’re not feeling like having avena (oatmeal) or farina (cream of wheat). The pool was fun, even if it got a bit crowded at times, it was super lively and nobody bothered our belongings while we were out. The live music was fun and engaging. Now I know there are kid friendly activities here, however, the resort isn’t centered around children, so don’t expect to keep your kid too entertained here aside from the pool. This place is more for adults and couples who can appreciate a nice view, cheap drinks, good food, and positive atmosphere. It’s also not wheelchair accessible and no elevators on-site. Please save your expectations and complaints for somewhere else and just do your research before booking just to complain. Literally every negative review I’ve seen here are from clearly entitled people who set expectations for a Hilton or some other big chain resort. As an American who came from a humble background, and a wife who’s local to Aguadilla, so if you respect the culture, you’re okay!"

"Fantastic house, great communication. The outdoor pool area was beautiful, with a great bar/grill close to the pool, outdoor dining and a nice seating area on the patio. The kitchen was very well appointed and had all we needed for our stay. It was nice to have an extra full-sized fridge that stayed really cold - we made that our drink fridge. The proximity of the outdoor area to the kitchen is really nice. The bedrooms are all very big - much larger than shown in the pictures - and include couches or a big chaise for seating. There is truly not a bad bedroom in the house. We had an issue with the A/C leaking in one of the rooms, but we had one more rooms than our group needed, so we just didn't use it. They came and fixed it quickly and were very responsive. The A/C in the bedrooms stayed nice and cool. The central living area of the house gets quite warm and does not have A/C, but we didn't find this to be an issue since we were usually outside. Two things to be aware of regarding bathrooms. First, there is a solar water heater. Since we had many cloudy days, we also had many cool showers and most of us never did have a hot shower. Not a huge deal since it was plenty warm outside. Second, as is common in the Caribbean, toilet paper should not be flushed. This takes a little getting used to for those of us accustomed to flushing. They do provide maid service to empty the bathroom trashes and tidy the kitchen. Overall, a wonderful stay!!"

"This hotel was recently remodeled and it is beautiful, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are very clean and the mattress and pillows are very comfortable. There is a Denny’s inside the hotel so you have a 24/7 restaurant open. The rooms for disabled are equipped with everything needed. So come and visit this hotel and enjoy all the amenities, beaches and excellent restaurants around."
