Timbers Studio 38 with Wintergreen Advantage

Hotel style guest room located in the Timbers complex near the Blackrock Village Center and walkable to the ski slopes and Resort dining. One King bed with kitchenette. All accommodations involve stairs getting into the units. *No Elevator* This unit has 10 stairs for access. Each unit is individually decorated reflecting the preferences of the private owner. *All efforts will be made to honor the selected accommodation; however, circumstances may require an alternative unit assignment at check-in. *Traveling with your pup? Please let us know in the COMMENTS section the number of dogs and breed; and be sure to have proof of vaccinations upon check-in* The additional pet fee will be included in the final confirmation sent by our reservations team.

Worst VRBO Experience

Vrbo listing stated this was pet friendly but failed to mention non refundable pet deposit upon mandatory check in at the wintergreen resort front desk. This is essentially a studio hotel room managed by the hotel and not a private condo. Proximity to slopes is great but the bed, sheets and towels are low quality and the standard hotel lines with poor quality. We were also not allowed to have a late checkout due to high demand when there was barely anyone out skiing due to the end of the ski season approaching. Will not ever return or book this studio again at Wintergreen Resort due to poor customer service and experience. Spend your money to go to snowshoe or only do a day trip if you want to enjoy the slopes during ski season
