Newly renovated apartment (autumn 2024) in a perfect location in Haute-Nendaz, 4 Vallées, ideal for a week without a car!
With 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, the apartment easily sleeps 6 people.

There are 2 double bedrooms and one bedroom with bunk beds.
The bathroom has a bath and WC. For your convenience, there is also a separate WC in the entrance hall.

The spacious living room, with cable TV and a fireplace in the lounge, opens onto a lovely south-facing balcony with views of the mountains on the Tracouet side. Access to the fully equipped kitchen is facilitated by a pass-through at table height.

Facilities:

Kitchen: kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, 1 cheese fondue set, 1 raclette and crĂȘpes party set (1*6 pers., with the little pans), 1 Chinese fondue set, dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob.

Comfort: hairdryer, WIFI.

Practicalities: lift, storage space for ski equipment in garage and building hall, washing machine and tumble dryer available in communal laundry room (coin-operated).

Parking: 1 reserved parking space in the garage, other unnamed spaces in front of the building.

Ideal location:

The apartment is perfectly situated in the centre of the village and the shopping area of the resort.

You are also close to the sledge run, the Spa des Bisses, the ice rink (winter), the open-air swimming pool (summer), tennis courts (summer) and the playground, ideal for holidays with the family or friends.

You can also take a pushchair from the apartment.

The free funicular, 200m away, drops you off in less than a minute opposite the Tracouet Télécabine cash desk.

Appartement spacieux et lumineux. Pas de nuisances sonores. Proche des commerces et des remontĂ©es mĂ©caniques. Etat de l'appartement trouvĂ© Ă  notre arrivĂ©e : une lampe de chevet cassĂ©e (nous avons pu rĂ©parer nous-mĂȘme). 2 lattes du sommier du lit superposĂ© cassĂ©es (celui du haut). Heureusement, nous n'avions pas besoin de l'utiliser ... Vaisselle de cuisine trĂšs dĂ©pareillĂ©e. Signaler que les linges de cuisine et essuie-mains ne sont pas fournis.

Wir (4 Personen) haben die 11 Tage in Haute-Nendaz sehr genossen. Das Appartement war gut ausgestattet, sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Wirklich top! Es ist fĂŒr Familien/Gruppen mit bis zu sechs Personen wirklich gut geeignet und hĂ€lt was es verspricht. Sehr gut fanden wir die Betreuung durch die Agentur Altiservices SĂ rl. Sie war bei Fragen gut erreichbar und hat unkompliziert und direkt geholfen. Sehr professionell. Besten Dank! JH
