The house is distributed on one floor. Upon entering Villa Los Arcos, you’ll be greeted by a spacious, furnished patio with a charming Andalucian fountain. Inside, the villa boasts a cozy living room, a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area that opens onto a covered porch and expansive tiled terrace with a sparkling pool. Here, you can relax on sunbeds, enjoy drinks with your loved ones on the outdoor lounge, and take in breathtaking panoramic views over the beautiful landscape. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the indoor spaces with natural light.

The villa offers three bedrooms with double beds and three bathrooms with showers.

Conveniently located just a 50-minute drive from Malaga Airport, the property is 400 meters from Burriana Beach, 2 km from Balcon de Europa, 3 km from the Nerja Caves, 2 km from padel and tennis courts and 20 km from the nearest port, where you can rent a boat or go scuba diving.

While we recommend renting a car to fully explore the area, you may not need one if you’re planning a beach holiday, as taxis are convenient for trips to nearby places of interest and activities. For added convenience, the property also includes a garage.
