"A convenient location near the center of Liverpool. The room was very clean but small, which didn’t matter to me as a single traveler but for two it could be an issue. There’s no parking, which seems a common occurrence with many hotels in the UK. But they did have a parking arrangement and a discount available at a close by parking garage. All in all the stay was pleasant and again as a single traveler would stay there again"

"The most immaculately clean dog friendly hotel room I have ever visited. Absolute bonus having the complimentary spa use, the pool was lovely and warm and the jacuzzi was a dream. The food from the bar was delicious with many gluten free options. Tasha served us our food and she was a star so helpful and friendly. The only suggestion I could give to improve is modernising the hallways a little and improving the appearance of the room windows from the outside as they looked a little underwhelming on first arrival, however these are just superficial things as they were perfectly clean and everywhere else looked beautiful!"

"Unfortunately my experience in room 414 last night was not good, there was an annoing continuous sound all night up above the room( not the air conditioning unit ss this was off) also the bed was unsteady. Each time my husband or i moved it disturbed the other person. This resulted in myself not having a good nights rest . Shame as all previous visits to the Grosvenor have been amazing ."
