"This property has a breathtaking view and is in the perfect location—close to stores and just minutes from the beaches.Fritz, the host, was amazing! The island had just gone through a major storm the day before we arrived, and despite the circumstances, Fritz was always available and ready to help with anything we needed. He even offered us an extra day to make up for any inconvenience, which was so thoughtful and appreciated.I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend this...

"Our stay at this hotel was incredibly frustrating from start to finish due to poor communication, rude staff, and constant inconvenience. When we arrived, the front desk told us our room would “take a while” to be ready, but no one clearly explained that we wouldn’t actually get our room until 4 PM. Instead, they kept making us wait for nearly three hours, and every time we asked for an update, they would just say, “Let me check,” without giving us a real answer. No one suggested we come back later or do something else—they just left us waiting with attitude every time we asked for help. What made it worse was that every guest who arrived after us was given a room before we were. Watching everyone else get checked in while we kept being told to wait made us feel like we were being treated differently, especially because we booked differently than others. It honestly felt discriminatory. When we finally got our room after 4 PM, it was the wrong one. We had specifically requested and confirmed a room with two beds, but instead we were given a room with only one bed. When we went back to the front desk, they told us our correct room “would be ready tomorrow” and that we could just switch then. Their only solution was offering breakfast the next morning as compensation. The next day, we had to go through even more inconvenience because we couldn’t move into the correct room until 4 PM again. That meant we had to pack everything up, check out of the first room, wait around all"
