"Just stayed x2 nights. Didn't really use any amenities. Ate breakfast at Hannah's which came out hot and quick. The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable. We will be back"

"Large outdated suites but very inexpensive. Steakhouse was ok, staff nice."

"Our sink was a little dirty (coffee was dumped out and now washed down the drain) other than that it was good. Disappointed that they did not have microwave. While traveling with kids-and ones that are super picky eaters or maintain their weights (we have wrestlers who needed to weigh in) it was difficult to drive the 10 hours and bring food to eat in the hotel. The room was clean but still had perfume and trying to cover previous smoke of the past, after a week, with asthma, I am still coughing. Bed was comfortable and shower was nice. Having a refrigerator was nice."

"The hotel is in bad condition. The rooms smell like smoke. The smoke detector was missing in one room and there were burn marks everywhere.Had to purchase products to clean the bathroom. There were smears on the wall. The other room the ac was not in order and they were aware is did not work before renting the room. Upper management refused to even acknowledge the problem. Will never return."

"Great location! Scooter ride to all things Reno. House was excellent, backyard was great, and guitar was a nice touch for musicians. "

"The home was beautiful, so clean and well maintained. The beds and furniture comfortable. Easy and well explained check in and check out process. Will definitely return when we are back in Reno!"
