"This hotel is stunning! It has the most gorgeous views, it is safe, the staff are amazing too. It is however in the middle of nowhere so this is more for relaxing than anything. If you want to go into the city daily, it may be better to stay closer to the city. There is also no food close by the property so you can order room service. The rooms are decent, but the real attraction is the shared amenities."

"It was our first time travelling to Rio, it took us 3/4 days of research to find a great hotel with a great price. This hotel delivered it! Although Barra da Tijuca is further away from the touristic area, it’s definitely worth the extra transportation time. The ocean is cleaner and the beaches less crowded, and most important, a lot more safe! The staff at the hotel was amazing, great service and care. Specially at dinner, the server named Willian was awesome! "

"Basic “4star hotel” . Has small ref and safe in the Family Suite room . I am at least expecting some coffee maker / electric kettle/ free 1-2 bottle water / ice bucket . None of the above . Family suite is so small , fits a king size bed and sofa bed with enough space to walk in-between. Breakfast is excellent ! We stayed 4 nights . Location is ok . Locals around and so as homeless.
