"Our reservation was canceled due there overbooking. No notice. Late for our event. Very disappointed. Our kids stayed there ( their appointment not cancelled) first night- room was dirty, toilets not working had to go outside restrooms, TV and microwave not working. The next day they did change rooms but with much follow up on their part. A slight compensation was grated but only at their request. Will never go back there. "

"Convenient location. Courteous staff. Appreciated covered parking especially with a stormy night. We didn’t take advantage but onsite restaurant and bar was a plus. Nice breakfast but would have appreciated some gluten free bread products, oatmeal or granola for those with an allergy. The carpet in our room had stains and needed to be cleaned and the bedroom lights were not working. Overall nice ambiance though and we would stay here again."
