"Our room was a bit dated and it’s was a bit awkward having the toilet seperate to the rest of the bathroom meaning you had to go to main bathroom to wash your hands there also didn’t appear to be any extractor fan in either"

"Overall very good. Lots of cruise guests at this hotel, they organized taxis for everyone that needed, worked well. Walking distance to bus and train stations. Next to large mall, which shuts down earlier than you would expect (coming from North America)."

"We enjoyed a comfortable, no-frills, two night stay that I couldn't fault. The breakfast was tasty and there was an ok election considering it is a Holiday Inn Express so doesn't have the full options available. There was plenty of parking which was free. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing I would say is that it was a bit expensive for what it is. This could be reflective of the area and that fact that it's close to Paultons Park. It's on an industrial estate off a main road so don't expect lovely views out of your window. It's perfect if you need somewhere to stay for a night or two whist visiting the area though."
Spacious and pet-friendly stay near New Forest

"Dan's House was a brilliant base for us to spend a few days with our toddler. The house was clean and well-equipped, with an enclosed garden, hot tub and smart TV.Easy check-in with a key safe, and parking space provided, and good communication from the hosts.The location is handy for local amenities, and a short drive from plenty of family-friendly attractions (including Paultons Park/Peppa Pig world, Beaulieau, Winchester, Eastleigh Miniature railway, and the New Forest wildlife park). The only minor drawback was traffic noise, as it is very close to the Totton Bypass, but we weren't that bothered by it. It is also advisable to bring an extension lead as there aren't many electrical sockets in the main bedroom, and extra towels for the hot tub as these aren't provided. Would be happy to return. "
