New Jersey Botanical Garden

Excellent hotel close enough to NYC by quick 20 minute bus. Hotel was clean, spacious and great complimentary breakfast!

No hot water for some time. Had to shower in cold, not fun.

One of the receptionists was pretty bad. She wouldn’t even look up to acknowledge a guest or say hello. Others were better. The prices of the items from the pantry were ridiculous- I paid close to $9 for a half gallon of milk (not organic). The restroom for guests on the 1st floor was terrible - no paper towel to wipe your hands and something else was missing too. This was at about 10:30 am. There isn’t much by way of bars or restaurants late in the evening (9:30 pm or later). Despite all of that I would stay here again as the rooms were pretty decent.
