"Unfortunately this stay was incredibly let down by the cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel. When we arrived to our room the smell was unbearable and felt like it was pumping out the air con (which was gross inside). The floor had dirt all over it, to the point where we weren’t comfortable being bear foot in our room. The shower was dirty and covered in limescale (the water also took about 10 minutes to warm up). We stayed here for 3 nights (each day leaving our do not disturb off), not once was our room cleaned. The breakfast wasn’t great, the first morning we went down to find multiple tables with dead flies on them. The food was so salty, and the healthy options were lacking (the fruit pieces being still partly frozen). And then the nail in the coffin was the rats living in the ceiling 🙃🙃 Which would make an appearance just in time to cause a sleepless night! This would be such a nice hotel (the pool is a great addition) if it wasn’t so gross. For its price point these flaws are unacceptable."

"Disappointing. First room upon check in was not clean, bed unmade. No apology when I went back downstairs to get another room. Bar on Saturday was not open on time and when we asked the front desk the bartender had not arrived yet as of 5:20 pm. Area around the hotel is not kept. "
