"The first time I’ve stayed here for a few years as id started to use the Hilton in Ashford recently. Very impressed with this hotel now. It’s had a makeover and I’ll now be switching back. Very nice stay and very friendly staff too… excellent stay"

"Firstly I got a email day before asking for my check in time and details which I gave. Only to find out when I get there the hotel is now a Hilton and the info I got was old.
