"Comfortable house and grounds, and full marks for facilities provided. The heated swimming pool was a great hit with children -- and with many of the adults! The only criticism made by the cooks in our number was that the lighting in the kitchen area is very poor! But, although not cheap, overall Craythornes was great fun and good value for money."

"It's handy for some local shops. The room we were given was equipped with a kind of kitchenette including microwave and fridge which would be useful for a stay of a few days. I prefer to stay somewhere which serves breakfast, but we got breakfast at the light railway station opposite."

"Could not wish for a nicer place to stay. Stept into the caravan to find a very welcoming, home from home atmosphere. Cupboards and bathroom stoked with everything you needed. It took dog friendly to a whole new leave. Willow our dog was settled straight away. We are hoping to rebook later in the yeat"

"We had a wonderful short stay in this caravan.It's spacious enough with good storage space.I was surprised by how well equipped it was, providing all the cooking essentials, condiments and kitchenware.Also providing decent shower essentials, too. The shower itself was lovely! Very hot and powerful.Beds were comfortable, bedding was cozy and linens were all fresh, clean and presentable.Even all the household cleaning essentials are there for both shower and kitchen.Lots of plug sockets, brilliant WiFi. TV signal wasnt great when we were there (it was very windy) but a DVD player is provided along with a selection of DVDs.The hosts evidently put a lot of pride into this caravan. As for the site itself it's in a good location. Parking is a little packed in. On site shop is OK. We only really used the swimming pool which you have to pay and book in advance for a 45 minute slot, but a decent sized pool in a clean facility. Very family orientated holiday park which was perfect for us with a young child. We'll be coming back for sure!"
