"Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful rooms, very friendly staff, ideal location in the town, tasty breakfast. Courtyard is a great addition for an al fresco drink in the summer. Room was a little warm at night, but a fan was provided. An excellent boutique hotel, we will be back!"

"Room is simple but we had exectly what we needed, The only issue was the sliding door for the bathroom that had difficulty to close due to missing handle from the inside. That should be looked at but otherwise was perfect for what we needed for a 1 night stay. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, hot water, good water pressure even on top floor, quiet room. Staff is exceptionally friendly from check in experience to bar service and breakfast. We opted to have breakfast for an additional fee which 100% did worth it. We also had a burger for dinner and it was delicious and reasonably priced. We will def return if in the area again."

Eastwell Manor, Champneys Hotel & Spa

10/10 Excellent
"The property is outstanding. Absolutely outstanding. This has got to be one of my all time fav hotels. And the spa was the cherry on top. I stayed in a manor luxe room - beautiful! The staff are busy, so don’t expect anything quick. Shambolic is a good way to explain the staffing! The lady behind the bar needs customer service training. Her huffing and puffing was not appreciated when ordering drinks. Above all, even with the shambolic faulty tower style staff I loved my stay!"
