"Wonderful dinner at Mr. Whites Chop House"

"The staff were all really happy and very friendly helpful on the check in desk.The bar had a nice feeling about it, again the staff were all lovely and happy to serve whatever cocktail we wanted. The main entrance and bar were well cared for and maintained,and our room was clean and large, we had a great view of the sea. The hotel was a couple of minutes walk from Leas Cliff Hall, and a picturesque walk into Folkestone high street, all very easy to get to,well situated.we got there by train,which was again easy to get to."

"Lovely room and overall amenities. I was down working and had to start at 9:30. So to find out breakfast was from 9am was a disappointment. Way too late for someone who might be staying over for work. Expedia show as from 8am which is more sensible. No update about this from the hotel. Staff did their best to get the breakfast out asap which was good. But it didn’t have to be rushed if it was served from a sensible time. I’ve stayed before and always had it from 8am. Chef needs to get up earlier!"

"The property was clean with some functional issues Shower glass not fixed and leaking onto the floor.Oven not heating up correctly all reported.Overall good value for money"

"Highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed. Its worth the slight inconvenience of having to park in one of the 3 or 4 nearby car parks which are run by bandits."

"Free upgrade nice room for price I went to the Carlton hotel and had to leave disgusting hotel and Expedia shouldn’t be offering that hotel HMO, I had to book this place last minute staff were nice and helpful I will probably use again when am heading over to Europe "
