"Rooms need more attention to details such as the comforters. Ours had dried out food on it"

"Breakfast menu was good, with many options. Parking wasn't that easy to find, ended up parking on the street both nights. The room was clean, but for a family of four, at least one more set of towels would have been nice. We booked through Expedia and my wife had paid up front with her cc. Upon check in, a male front desk staff member was pretty snotty about using her cc for the deposit. He was kind of belittling to us and insisted that we pay $700 on debit for the deposit and would not accept my cc. He also wouldnt let me collect points through the program during our stay. My other family members who were also staying here for the weekend, didn't experience these issues, wh8ch os not a bad thing. I've been on the road working for the last 2 months and been staying at Holiday Inn almost exclusively, but have never been treated like this before. I'm hoping that the employee was maybe having an off day or something like that, because I've always been treated good at this franchise. "

"The room was comfortable, bed was comfortable, pillows were awful, chunky and thick. The only other thing is the very small cheap shower head, you can get high pressure shower heads for affordable price nowadays and I would suggest they change them out, it might actually help in cutting time in showers decreasing hot water bills."
