Enjoy the sounds of squirrels and cicada with a private yard and gate directly on the New Smyrna Pedestrian Trail. Watch cows in their pasture across the trail.
Watch for gopher tortoise. Bring your bikes and walking shoes! Beautiful Barndominium, built in 2019, almost one full acre! Completely fenced yard. 6 miles from New Smyrna Beach Parking/Flagler Avenue. 1.3 Miles from grocery. 3.8 miles from Sugar Mill Ruins. 8 minutes from Walmart. Watch launches easily from the area.

Custom built, open concept Living, Dining and Kitchen area. Snooker/pool table graces the living space upon entry.
Large bedroom attached to a full bathroom with a beautifully designed tiled shower. Wood laminate floors throughout.
Full laundry room.
Work space with desk and chair is included in extra sleeping space with single bed and full size sofa sleeper bed

Quiet, private neighborhood. Three neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves.
No pets allowed.
A bit of Old Florida--this is NOT an HOA community.

The living space is all yours. Easy checkin with lock code.
The garage is workshop for husband.
When he works in the shop, it is during daylight hours.
