Shower was not cleaned and had hair all over it. Music in the bar was way too loud. Rooms are tiny, even for NY standards, but they are nice. Some room views are spectacular and some are underwhelming, even on the top floor. Food was okay. Service was mixed - front desk and gift shop staff were nice and friendly but some staff members were slow and inattentive. The lobby and overall “Margaritaville” vibe for the hotel is also underwhelming. Location was good. Don’t be in a rush to get anywhere quickly because the elevators are incredibly slow and crowded.
