"This was a great, spacious room in a convenient area - close to subway & bus stops. The coded entry worked great and felt very safe. Plus, the rooftop patios offered terrific views of Manhattan. I wished for a coffee maker and a blow dryer, but found a wonderful bagel shop down the street with friendly service and good coffee that totally made up for those minor inconveniences. Would definately stay here again!"

"The staff at the front desk (and in the onsite restaurant) were very friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. We ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant on one day of our weekend stay and were happy with the visit. The location of the hotel is very convenient if you are traveling through LaGuardia (less than 10-minute drive). The hotel itself is located in Chinatown. We loved the vibe and explored the area but just something to be aware of if that is something you're not interested in for whatever reason. Regarding safety: we felt safe as a keycard is required to access floors with guest rooms. Would definitely stay there again!"

"I stayed here for a short one-night break, just to have some quiet time for myself. I packed very lightly and only brought a few essentials. On the day of checkout, I stepped out in the morning and returned around 11 AM to grab my belongings before my 12 PM checkout. When I came back, I was surprised to find that housekeeping had already entered my room and started cleaning, even though I had not checked out yet and still had time remaining. While I understand they may prepare rooms in advance, entering before checkout without confirmation felt inappropriate. Unfortunately, this resulted in a frustrating situation. I had left a pair of earrings in the room, and they were missing when I returned. Even my bottle of water was gone, which makes me believe my belongings may have been cleared out prematurely. I reported this to the front desk, but the response was disappointing. I was repeatedly asked to wait while they checked lost and found, but nothing turned up. If the items were mistakenly discarded, it’s unlikely they would ever appear there. This experience left me feeling upset and unheard. Guests should be able to trust that their belongings are safe until they officially check out. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves communication between housekeeping and guests to prevent situations like this from happening again."
