Für den Preis und für mich war das Hotel vollkommen in Ordnung. Beim Frühstück wird viel mit Einwegmaterial gearbeitet, was mich etwas gestört hat. Bei der Bettwäsche und den Handtüchern gab es die Möglichkeit anzuzeigen, dass sie nicht täglich gewaschen werden, wurde sie leider trotzdem. Umweltfreundlichkeit lag somit etwas auf der Strecke. Der Ausblick und die Lage waren hingegen genial.

Let me start with how amazing the ladies were at check in. The lady with the braids that has the gold twine woven in was so kind and helpful even going outside in the freezing cold to see if I was parked in an okay spot to not get towed. Then getting me into a space on property. They are really close to the F train which got us wherever we needed to go. The room was clean and functional (what more do you need) and the price was perfectly reasonable. The breakfast was good (it was little cut sausage link things (looked like mini kielbasa or something of that nature) instead of the standard continental patties).

Très belle découverte de cette hôtel pour le prix. Chambre confortable et propre avec service aux chambres chaque jour. Petit déjeuner inclus avec beaucoup de choix (bagel, toast, céréale, crêpe, bacon, œuf, jus,café). Les chambres sont moyennement insonorisées alors on entend bien tout ce qui se passe dans le corridor ou à côté. Stationnement petit mais réservé le pour 25$us par jour. Station de métro à moins de 2 minutes de marche. Il n’y a rien à l’entour de l’hôtel donc penser vous apporter des petits trucs à grignoter pour le soir.

Hébergement propre à 2 min à pied station de métro pour allé sur Manathan. Personnels serviables, cafe, thé et eau fraîche toujours dispo. Petit stationnement extérieur à l’arrière sur réservation seulement.

Disappointed that I couldn't get my money back from literally a 1 night stay due to a family emergency. I understand policies but have some grace. Hotels.com tried to help me but they didnt have any luck dealing with Best Western

Good but parking lot is a bit of a catch

To be honest, I know it was only 2 nights, but the room was so small for 2 double beds that you could barely walk to the bathroom, we had to put the bed right up against the window. And the bed was strange, the middle was lower, leaving it in a position that was not very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful, great for those who will walk a lot. And what I was most upset about was the parking, which on the site doesn't say anything about having to reserve in advance, and after 8 hours on the road, it was frustrating to have to leave in the middle of the night to look for parking outside the hotel. But I would not say that the hotel is bad, it just needs a little more attention to the guests and parking information to avoid this situation.

This hotel is perfect for the cost concerned traveler. It’s usually half the cost of hotels in Manhattan, and being only a 15 minute subway ride into midtown makes it a great location. Front desk was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was good! Complete with scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, bacon, pancakes, a yogurt parfait bar, bagels, danishes, and cereal. Our room was small but it worked just fine. I’d stay here again for sure!

La primera habitación que nos asignaron olía mal, tenía una sábana manchada, muebles viejos, y varias paredes sucias. Luego de reclamar por esto, nos cambiaron para otra habitación similar que se encontraba al lado de una máquina de hielo (que no nos dejó dormir). Las fotos que se muestran en Expedia no te permiten apreciar que el hotel se encuentra en un sitio que no consideramos seguro (frente a un edificio abandonado y con grafitis); tema que se puede constatar a través del Google Earth. El lugar donde se sirve el desayuno es muy pequeño para la cantidad de huéspedes que pueden alojar; por lo que varios de ellos se quedan de pie, esperando un tiempo hasta que se desocupe un asiento.
