This room was exactly as advertised! For hotels in New York, we were pleased with our stay and the value. The only downsides are that it was difficult to get the key/lock to work, it took a long time to get hot water, and the outlets were old, so it was difficult to keep something plugged in. Overall, however, the check in process was easy. The room felt clean, and it had a great window AC unit! Such a great location as well.

The place was great, perfect location for our trip for a show at MSG. Very clean and comfortable. Only thing is there weren’t any washcloths, so bring your own. Maybe you can request some after you get there though, we didn’t try.

We appreciated the clean, cute room in a great location near Madison Square Garden, with three full beds to accomodate our group. Hosts were good at getting back to me when I reached out in advance with questions. The entrance door was a bit hard to find as some addresses of other doors in the same building were out of numerical order, and the entry instructions we received mentioned the address would be on an "awning" but it was actually printed on glass above the door - there is no awning. We also had trouble with hot water running out during our stay - the staff was kind and apologetic, but that was a bit of an issue for us. Overall, positive experience for a large room in such a popular location!

This was our second visit within a year. The rooms are fine - extremely clean and comfortable if somewhat utilitarian. The hotel has absolutely no amenities, so it seemed a bit pricey considering that we reserved six weeks in advance. Last fall we only paid about 75% of what we paid this spring.

The location is great, the room is very functional. It's not the cleanest (stains on the comforters and curtains) and the kitchen has barely the necessities, but it's quite good for the price.
