Top New York Hotel Reviews

Pod Times Square
8/10 Good
"The bunk beds were comfy. The room refresh on day 2 was appreciated."

Motto By Hilton New York City Times Square
10/10 Excellent
"I cannot stress enough how great the location of this hotel is. If you are looking to be near loads of iconic New York spots, this is the place to stay. My son and I were on the 21st floor and the view was amazing! Other than the typical sirens, the room was quiet. The hotel elevator requires a room key to get to any floor, which made us feel even safer. We had a queen room and yes, it was small, but it had everything we needed. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating and the bar (& restaurant) were chill & upscale. A larger beer selection would be nice, but the atmosphere was worth drinking a beer I didn't love. I will def recommend the Motto to friends and family."

ROW NYC
10/10 Excellent
"Th staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the room was nice and clean, the location was great, and the price was reasonable. The elevators were a bit slow and the building is older but we would absolutely stay here again."

"Great location! Friendly staff! Breakfast vouchers were a nice perk and Carve was our favorite place to use them."

Lotte New York Palace

"Nice big room they can use a renovation"

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
8/10 Good
"Great location — very convenient, close to everything, and walkable. However, the hotel itself was disappointing. The elevators had long wait times and were often inaccurate. The service, especially at the gift shop, was a terrible experience. The only exception was the gentleman at Starbucks, who was genuinely kind and attentive. Cleanliness was also below expectations, dust was visible throughout the room. For the price and reputation, I would think twice before booking again."

Paramount Times Square – A Generator Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"In general, the hotel had what I needed. Beds that were comfortable and a bathroom. I chose this hotel on a budget and I think I got what I paid for. The bathroom is small and there are fewer amenities than many other American hotels (i.e. no coffee maker or microwave). The bar inside didn’t seem to be open for the stated hours but there is a nice bar next door (technically in the same building). We arrived later than expected and they gave away our room but had another room with twin beds to put us up in for the night and did give us a discount due to that. The bathroom was not stocked with enough towels for four people and the request for another towel wasn’t fulfilled until the following morning when housekeeping came through at 9am. The hotel is in a nice location close to Times Square but on a side street and not directly in the hustle and bustle but still walking distance. "
