I didn’t use the gym but it looks clean and organized. The hotel is in the center of all the attractions that we wanted to go and it is very close to a lot of stores and restaurants.

The hotel is in a great area of Times Square. Closr to everything. Staff and Security were very friendly. Room was very small, pictures were diseving. Breakfast was pretty good for a free breakfast. We would stay here again

We arrived in the middle of a snow storm, we were greeted as we walked in the lobby with hot chocolate and chicken soup, our room was ready early and the front desk staff was super friendly. The room was clean, comfy, and quiet and location was perfect. We only stayed one night but will definitely be back here next time!

The hotel staff were very friendly & helpful with anything we needed. The entire hotel was very clean. Breakfast was enjoyable & very filling with many options. Elevator wait times were somewhat long during busy times. Room & bathroom was very small with a view of the concrete building next to us (I booked a corner room hoping for a larger room & potentially a view). We were celebrating our anniversary & when we got to our room they had given us 2 cupcakes & a card-very nice! All in all it's a nice hotel that's just steps from Times Square (just not with a view of it)

Staff was amazing. Locations is perfect. Breakfast was awesome with so many options daily. The only thing was our walk in shower door would not stay shut it kept on sliding open and caused lots of water to flow toward the bathroom door other than that looking forward to staying there again. Rooms are super small but it is NY.
