Good place to stay in Grammercy area. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was just okay, but that's to be expected as a continental breakfast. Room was nice - had a little extra space with a couch, but very limited storage for clothes. There was space to hang up clothes, but no drawers. Expedia mentioned that this hotel had bike rentals, but when I asked, they said they didn't. Not a huge issue because there were e-bike stations around, but if they don't have that amenity, it shouldn't be shown as an offering. Overall, good stay. I'd stay again.

Great place to stay for a weekend in NYC. It was conveniently located 1 block away from the subway, was on a quiet block, and easy to navigate the city to and from. The hotel has some wear and tear (rug stains in the elevator, chipped paintwork in the bathroom, etc) but overall solid condition.

First, we looked for a location near my son's apartment, and this one is perfect. We also wanted breakfast included, and a varied and complete breakfast. It's close to a variety of restaurants, shops selling different brand-name items, and other amenities. The staff is very approachable and eager to please guests. This was our sixth stay in two years, and we'll definitely be back. The area is excellent, and we highly recommend it.
