Welcome to this 950 Sqft. one bedroom duplex with private entrance located on the most secluded part of the West Village. This home is owned by two Norwegian women that loves art and beauty!
The apartment has two entrances one upstairs and one private entrance downstairs.
Down stairs, a very spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace, 10' ceiling and a open modern kitchen with high end stainless steel Miele appliances.
Spiral staircase up to the large bright bedroom with 12' ceiling, hallway and full bath room.
Amenities, includes wifi/cable, washer and dryer on-site and the apartment is available fully furnished for summer rental (minimum 3 months).The building is located on a charming tree lined street a short walk from the Hudson River park, the High line Park, Whitney Museum and great restaurants. Path train, busses and subway all within within a 5-7 minute walk. Short walk to historical Jazz clubs like Smalls & Village Vanguard.

I was looking for something I could call a home with lots of warmth and atmosphere, were I could just relax after a busy day working. The City is loud, but the apartment is quiet and peaceful - just the oasis one need when taking a break from all what the city has to offer.
