I had booked my stay 2 months in advance. I called regarding getting a high floor, and was told that long stays (I was there for 6 nights) always get placed on a high floor. Since this was the reason I called, as well as what I wanted, I proceeded with my reservation after having been reassured.
When I got there, I was placed on a low floor. I asked front desk to review my reservation as I had specifically requested a high floor, AND was reassured that my long stay qualified for such. They were just like oh well we don’t have it available. Here is your key.
Now, I have specific reasons, and personal at that, to Not be comfortable close to the ground (previous home invasion that left me traumatized). Again why I had called 2 whole months prior to make sure I could be accommodated. But oh well, tough luck for me as they did not provide what was reserved and reassured. So low floor I slept for 6 nights. Very unhappy about this. If they weren’t able to assure this, they should of Never told me such when I called in advance,
Also, house keeping definitely skipped my room. I even put my overfilled trash outside the door to give signs of the beef to clean, but when back they had just emptied the trash can and my room was untouched. They only cleaned it once in 6 days.
The room (with balcony) was also Way smaller than the pictures online. Cute room, but really only the king bed in there and it was full.
Walking distance to surrounding ring viewings however was great.
