The staff made sure that me and my fiancé were taken care of. They made sure the birthday room was clean, slightly decorated, and amenities were all available. They also accommodated us on our late check out. Also recommending an extension of our stay if we needed. The staff and housekeeping team were all wonderful and inviting. I would highly recommend for any guest or tourist

The room was clean and the staff very helpful and courteous. The only issue was noise. The AC unit was very loud and the city noise filtered in almost like the window was always open. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, and everything felt fresh and updated. The location was one of the biggest highlights, it’s conveniently close to subway access, making it incredibly easy to get around New York City. Many of the city’s major attractions were just a short ride or even a walk away, which made sightseeing stress free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting NYC.

This Hotel was awesome. My husband and I visited New York for our Anniversary. It rained the entire trip but the hotel provided umbrellas for us daily. The Onsite Italian restaurant made it easy for us to plan our dinner without actually leaving the hotel. Rooftop bar awesome as well. Staff exceptional. Close to Times Square, New Central train station and other attractions.
