Great location - stuff to do in every direction. This hotel is old, quirky, packed with history, and a thumping nightspot on weekends. If you want a quiet, traditional, full-service experience this is not your hotel. If you're looking for something out of the ordinary with a friendly staff, and you're not in need of a big room or even your own bathroom, this is a great place, There are "bigger" rooms with bathrooms - Room 405 is on the quieter side of the hotel and looks out on the river. We loved it! The cafe just off the lobby isn't a full breakfast scene, but it does a nice job with its coffee drinks and the food items they do serve are yummy. The cafe staff is super attentive and very friendly. We would certainly stay here again - it was a great experience.
