Very good location and affordable price. Friendly staff. Facilities and environment wise, I would say acceptable, like limited space, but overall it is good, would consider coming again.

We were extremely surprised with the conditions and cleanliness of the hotel. The room was clean and the bathroom was remodeled and super clean. The room was small but it is understandable since in NY it is normal to find rooms like this. Still I was comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The air conditioning was new. It cooled very well amd dont mades no noises. The hotel has an ice and snack machine in the lobby. They also have free coffee in the mornings and refreshments in the afternoons. The staff was wonderful to us. I would say that they were very kind, friendly and attentive. Our experience was too good. Don't hesitate to stay at Solita.

The room is really small and extremely noisy. We felt as if the windows were opened with the noise around the hotel and we could not sleep at all.

We had a good stay at this property. Staff was pleasant and room was clean and comfortable. Not the quietest at night (outside noise), but it is NYC. Would stay here again.

the hotel staff's customer service was awesome. Everyone was friendly and they brought our request in less than 5 min. the hotel was very clean. didn't see any bugs. i see the staff cleaning every day. As far as the room goes. I was very tight and small for 4 people but cozy enough for 2 individuals. Would I recommend this hotel to anyone? Yes, I definitely will but if you are looking for a bigger room then I wouldn't. We enjoyed our stay. there was always somebody at the front desk and they were all friendly. i would give this hotel 4 out of 5 star. the hotel is conveniently close to little Italy and china town. plenty of shops and dining in the area. I would stay here again when we come back to New York
