"Room small, which we knew beautiful views of the city we paid extra for put the bathrooms really need plumbing work… shower would go burning hot to ice cold every 10 seconds…also they charge you an extra $50 for their facility charges when you arrive"

"Liked how it was only the space we need and it was clean and the Housekeeping did a great job. Didn’t like how the side lamps didn’t work, and the tv didn’t work. Also there was a false alarm fire alarm at 5am and that woke everyone up. They handled it well but didn’t give much clarity on what happened ..."
